You can make so many different things such as tables, cabinets, toys, birdhouses or even sheds.

You will also have to decide on the type of tools you are going to use for your project. You will have the choice of using power tools, hand tools or you can even use both. A good carpenter will always use both. Hand tools are adequate for simple projects but you may need to have some power tools for more complicated projects. That is why it might be advisable to have a mixture of both types of tool. When you do buy your tools you should really think about paying for good quality tools as you may just need to replace them if you don’t. Wood projects can be great fun and can be very fulfilling but it is important that you are using the right tools from the very beginning.
