How to Write a Quick Blog Post
Blog articles are the bread and butter of every blog sites. Without it, your blog is worthless. It is imperative that all blogs has unique and useful contents to stay competitive in the world of blogosphere. Writing posts everyday is a daunting task but very achievable. If you want to be successful in blogging, you must learn the simple technique on how to write unique articles as fast as you can in a daily basis.
For most bloggers that manage multiple blog sites, this task is very difficult. I myself have to work at least 4 hours a day just to update my three blogs daily. Others accepts guest posting from other writers which are much more convenient. But for starters, guest posting is not an option. If you just started blogging, it is important that you build your own archive of articles first before you entertain guest posting.
Writing a blog post as quick as possible will save you time and less effort. Now, how can you write a meaningful, useful and unique article as fast as you can? Below are my own technique that you can apply to your blogs.
1. Plan ahead
After you write your current post, plan what you can write for tomorrow. This can be achieved by thinking of the things that can be converted into an article. It can be a chain article, related topics from previous posts, etc. Be conscious about your surroundings, every news, event or any happenings can be your next post so always be alert and savvy. Remember to have a positive mindset when you are about to start typing that keyboard.
2. Write more posts in your spare time
Writing multiple posts in a day is pretty cool but I would not recommend it. It is much more advisable that you write two posts daily and avoid writing more than that. If you are too keen on adding more posts, save your post as draft and publish it the next day. This way, you can have consistent blog posts daily which are more attractive to your readers.
3. Don’t be lazy
Resistant to write is not a blogger’s criteria and has no room for blogging. I myself feels lazy sometimes but I persevere and continuous to strive to maintain my blogs as much as I can. If you want to make money online or in any online business especially in blogging, don’t be lazy!
4. Write short articles
Blog posts are news, not fairy tales stories. Limit your article to just 5 to 8 paragraphs or 350 to 600 words. Long articles are very annoying to most visitors and they will most likely take no effort reading your post till the end. Short but concise articles are more ideal for blogs plus you save more time and takes less effort.
5. Construct and review your post
Your subject is ready and now what? Beside from all those tips above, you have to know what kind of article you are going to write. There are many kinds of articles and before you tick that keyboard, identify what article you are going to compose. Articles can be an essay type, reviews, editorial, research, or creative writing. Learn how to write an abstract of your subject as fast as you can then compose the whole article on the best contextual form.
After you are done composing your article, don’t forget to review your post for spelling and grammatical errors. Blogs that are flooded with grammatical and spelling errors can disappoint your readers and may not visit your blog again.
These techniques are very simple and applicable to anyone who are thinking of starting their own blogs. Remember that content is very important and you must apply all your skills and knowledge to build a unique and useful article for each of your posts.
